Corporate Membership pricing is based on the total number of full-time equivalent (FTE) employees within the organisation's contact centre business unit. This includes, but is not limited to, frontline agents, workforce management teams, training teams, operational support teams, quality teams, team leaders, and executive managers. This structure ensures that all employees who contribute to and drive the success of the contact centre can access and benefit from Auscontact’s services and resources.

Vendor Membership - $650 incl GST
Vendor membership is designed for organisations which supply products and services to the customer contact industry. Each organisation will be entitled to nominate up to 49 staff to access Auscontact’s membership services and benefits and are entitled to attend specified events and training at Members rates.

Individual Membership - $99 incl GST
Individual membership is designed to allow individuals to join the association in their own right. Membership is in the name of the individual solely and enables the Member to gain all membership rights and benefits.
